To comply with GDPR regulations, end users have the right to request the removal of their accounts and personal data stored by the NFTs Solution at any time.

It is important to note that only account data can be removed from the system. Therefore, before proceeding with any account deletion, it's the responsibility of the end user's marketplace service provider, who is a customer of Eniblock, to transfer any assets that can be found the end user's wallet. Once the end user's account is removed, there is no way to recover any assets belonging to that end user.

To request account removal, the end user must log in to their customized marketplace provided by their marketplace service provider, navigate to their account, and request for an account deletion. As explained earlier, account removal doesn't involve transferring the end user's assets, so this process requires the intervention of an administrator, and a contact form will appear.

Once the end user completes the form, the NFTs Solution will send an email to the contact email specified during the solution configuration, usually dpo@companyname.com. The administrator responsible for the account removal will then verify that the end user doesn't have any asset in their wallet.

If the end user doesn't have any assets in their wallet, the administrator must create a service request using the Eniblock Service Desk to ask for the account removal.

Once the support team receives the request, they will perform a final check of the end user's account wallet to verify that there are no remaining assets. If there are no assets, the support team will proceed with the removal by calling the anonymization API to remove any personal data associated with the end user's account from the system.
