Overview

The End-user module enabled you to view and the accounts of all End-users registered on your marketplace platform.

From here you can follow all End-user activity and information, such as:

  • Transactions

  • Orders

  • Account details

  • Wallet history

  • Tokens and purchase history

You can also activate or deactivate an account in real-time.

Consult End-user List

The main End-user page displays the list of all the End-users registered on the Platform.

The list displays following information:

Registration

Date of Registration of the End-user on the Platform.

Account

The Account Name of the End-user

Activation

Manual Activation of the End-user’s access to the Platform.

Consult the End-user Portfolio

Click on the Portfolio tab to view:

  • The List of Tokens owned by the End-user

  • The Wallet Address History of the End-user

See more details about the Tokens you issued in the List of Tokens table.

This table displays the following information:

Ticker symbol of the Token

Percentage

Percentage of Tokens held by the End-user in proportion to the total quantity of Tokens in circulation

Quantity

Total Quantity of Tokens held by the End-user

Amount

Total Value in Euros (€) of the Tokens quantity held by the End-user

Wallet Address History

Each End-user is assigned one Wallet. For reasons of confidentiality, or to prevent theft or hack of its Private Keys, this Wallet can be updated in the Wallet Address History table.

Consult the End-user Transactions

In the Transactions tab you can see the Transactions in which the End-user is a party. You can find the following information:

Date the Transaction was made

Value

Amount in Euros of the Transaction

Token

Ticker Symbol of the Token

Origin

Origin of the Transaction: Primary market or Secondary market

You can manually deactivate the End-user’s access to the Platform using the Active button by the End-user name

Consult the End-user Orders

In the Orders tab you see the Orders History where the End-user is a party. 

You can manually deactivate the End-user’s access to the Platform using the Active button by the End-user name

Check or Update End-user Account Activation

As an Administrator, you control who can access the Platform. For this reason, you can manually activate or deactivate the platform access for an End-user by clicking on the Active button on the End-user page.

By default the End-user's account activation status is active. When an Account is deactivated, End-users who try to log are notified by the system that their account has been deactivated
