Tokens*
Eniblock Tokenize allows you to manage your asset directly on the platform. In particular you can:
Consult Token details and information
Check and update the Token Prices : Reference Price, Primary Market Issuance and Primary Market Buyback price
Control the Token supply (Mint, Burn, Force Token Transfers)
Perform actions on the Token lifecycle such as payout distributions (dividends, interests etc.)
Consult the Token Investors list
Consult the Token Transactions list
Consult the Token Orders history
Consult the Token Documents
1. Consult the list of all Tokens
On the Tokens section you can see all the available Tokens of the platform in the Tokens management table.

Click on a card to get information or perform an action for a specific Token.
2. Consult Token details and information
The Token page looks like the page below, and provides you with specific details on Token:

Information concerning the Token is organized in the following cards:
2.1. Check the circulating Tokens
In the Tokens circulating card you see:
The total quantity of Tokens in circulation
The quantity of locked Tokens
The quantity of liquid Tokens
The amount of locked Tokens is displayed next to the closed padlock. Conversely, The amount of liquid Tokens is displayed next to the open padlock.
2.2. Check the total amount of circulating Tokens
You can see the total amount of Tokens in circulation in euros.
2.3. Check Key Information
You find key information on the Token such as the asset type (Bond, Equity, Fund, etc.), the Token currency and the valuation frequency.
2.4. Check and update Token accounts
You find information about your custody solution. You can add two kind of custody solution:
2.4.1. Crypto account
Administrators can add a wallet with:
a Wallet Name
a Wallet Public key
Notes This wallet will hold the Token and receive Tokens during a Token Swap (Primary Market Orders).
2.4.2 Cash Account
Administrators can add a bank account with:
Bank Account Name
IBAN
Notes This Bank Account will receive the fiat currency via a Wire Transfer
Click on the Blockchain scanner link to get more specific details about your wallet account.
3. Check and update the Token Prices
3.1. Check and update the Reference price
You see the reference price in euros (€).
Click on “Update” to set the Reference price. Click on the calendar to define the valuation date and enter the new reference price manually.
Notes By default the Reference price is updated off-chain. It can also be implemented on-chain according to clients' needs.
3.2. Check and update Primary Market Prices
You can set manually the buy price and the sell price of the Token.
Notes These prices are automatically used when creating a new Order.
Notes The Primary Market Prices are recorded off-chain.
4. Control the Token supply
Two operations can be carried out under the management of the Token supply:
4.1. Mint and Burn Operations
To perform these Operations, click on "Mint" or "Burn" on the Token page.
Notes To perform a Mint or a Burn, the Investor should be whitelisted.

After clicking on the “Mint” or “Burn”, a window will pop-up.
Fill in manually the two following fields to proceed with the Operation:
Account: account which will receive the Tokens that are minted or burned
Token quantity: quantity of Tokens that will be minted or burned

Notes The “value” under the “Token quantity” bar is calculated by multiplying the Token primary market price by the Token quantity.
To confirm the Operation click on "Sign this Operation" and follow the signature process.

4.2. Force Token Transfers
Click on Force Transfer on the Token page to perform this Operation.

After clicking on the “Force Transfer" a window will pop-up.
Fill in manually the three following fields to proceed with the Operation:
Token quantity: quantity of Tokens that will be forced to be transferred
From: name of the Investor who will transfer the Tokens
To: name of the administrator who will receive the Tokens
Notes The “value” under the “Token quantity” bar is calculated by multiplying the Reference price by the Token quantity.
After filling in all the required fields, click on confirm to start the signature process of the Force Transfer.

5. Perform actions on the Token lifecycle
You can customize modules to perform specific actions.

For illustration purposes, let’s see below the coupon payment module. With this module you can instruct coupon payment on-chain. You can also check the coupon payment history.


6. Consult the Token Investors list
Click on the Investors tab to see the list of all Investors.
To get more details about the information provided in this table, go to the Investors section.
Select the “More details” icon to change information contained in a row of the table. You will be redirected to the Investor's profile.
7. Consult the Token Transactions list
Click on the Transactions tab to see the history of all Transactions related to the Token.

You will find for all Transactions the following information:
Information | Description |
---|---|
Date | Date on which the Transaction was registered |
Token | Ticker symbol of the Token related to the Transaction |
Origin | The Transaction originates from either the primary or the secondary market |
Select the “More details” icon to change information contained in a row of the table. You will be redirected to the specific page of the Transaction.
8. Consult the Token Orders history
Click on the Orders tab to see the history of all Orders related to the Token.
